The server post in the chat - that you can learn rules by typing @Rules.
That is not the case... You have to type !Rules.

Who can change that on the servers message system?

@rules works for me, but as far as I can tell I'm the only one who sees it when I use it.

Maybe the !rules is for admin to display to the whole server?
