New Tesla Charger

With the new Tesla Model S being in GTA there isn't any designated chargers for it. I managed to find two but not sure if they are just in this one location or all around.

Due to the "gas" script (which even supported this) being removed from the server, there is no need for this.

If you have any more suggestions, feel free to make a new post. Closing.
