CS Ping for dead detective (TTT)

I understand we can revive detectives as detectives in TTT but it is not used to often and people also may not know its possible either. I was thinking maybe we could have a ping system that has a 1min cooldown effect that would message only alive detectives that the person is requesting revive is possible.

I don't see a reason why they would want to request to be revived? Yeah they want to be back in the game but the detective will revive only if he wants to. If I see a revive request every minute I would be annoyed. They just have to be patient and hope that detective wants to revive them.

I agree with nettik ypmurg, i just dont see a point for this.... like grumpy said it will be very annoying just getting pinged every minute by 4 dead detectives, usually all the detective are killed pretty fast off and on a good round some are still alive. Also like Grumpy said just be patient rounds typically last anywhere from 2 -4mins, which isn't alot considering some rounds lasts the odd longer minute. Most stuff arent going to be used anyways, When i play Detective i only really buy Dna Scanner, and armour... maybe the odd second tazer.

While it may seem like a bad thing for alive Detectives to not know about something like the Detective Revive, that's part of what makes the game enjoyable. If everyone were to have the same knowledge on how the game works, it would make the mode a lot more repetitive, like a straight up deathmatch would be. While this same thing is happening now to an extent, there's a lot of items that are not used to their potential, like the Detective Revive, that can add a strategic plays to help make each round unique. We're not wanting or expecting someone to come onto the server and be handed extra information that they would otherwise figure out overtime by playing the mode, as things like this play a part in keeping the distinction between someone who might have good aim and someone who is knowledgeable of the mode. Thanks for the suggestion but at this time we do not feel that this would be beneficial~
