I do agree that Obama is a really bad map and that people vote for it just for the meme. Personally the only thing I love in this map is when I kill Ts who break the wall of the cell and than don't know why I killed them xD

Although this is a messy approach, Obama is really an unfun map in my opinion as well, secrets can easily be reached by cts and the games we play include climb, climb, and climb. It needs somethings or reworked into which others games can be reached easier so cts will let the Ts play them more. Also orange is ugly.

interesting to see so many obama haters... personally i really enjoy obama as it gives many opportunities to rebel. also based on the fact obama is so frequently voted i think it is safe to say obama is a well liked map.

if Obama wants to be a playable map first give it a skin. make the jump rope button more responsive (stops faster). remove easy climb and open up that area to a doorway to death crate? (might not be possible because of race) oh and open up the hallways to maze and jump rope.

It's you that needs to improve if you want get the full experience. The reason Obama isn't liked is because its never played to its full potential. This is a problem for the players to fix, not the admins or devs.

Get better, play different games, be fun, don't encourage toxicity, and sure enough you'll see how good Obama actually is. The same falls for Spy vs Spy and other maps of the like. In most cases, its the player's fault, not the map's.

This isn't completely true though the map isn't even skinned the hallways are to tight and the one other game we play half the time other than climb jump rope doesn't even stop properly.

Obama is not that bad of a map. There are many ways for CTs to win rounds. I know as I've played this map a lot in the past and it was very successful. It would be more helpful to address the constant mic spam that causes confusion on the map first.

Ok so your idea of a bad map is because your a ct. Let me help you out real quick. Watch anyone take the tp top left when uare facing cells. dont let them run underneath the walkway to armory, if you know vents are open pursue right away and be careful for the deagle in cells. And warden cant play anyonther climb if they play easy, hard, or invis climb first. just play red light green light or deathrun. in death run watch for scout sercet tp. there you know how to ct obama crash course. word of advice. DONT BE A #CTMAIN

Yes Obama can be a good map for the Ts and CTs and it also can be a very bad map. It really depends on the people on the server when it gets played. Yes, it doesn't have a huge variety games that can be played first but it still has a decent amount a games. In my opinion, it deserves a redesigned / reskinned because it is pretty plain texture wise. I don't think it should been fully removed from the map pool because some people, like Twisty and P Power_Outlet , actually like the map.
