Counter-Strike: Global Offensive BAN for no reason

I was banned for "impersonating admin" when i stated to admins and everyone multiple times i was not an admin and when i changed my name it didn't instantly show up in game and was then perma banned. Yes i was toxic and should probably be temp banned but i would like a second chance because of the ban circumstances.
