I'm trying to join and notice there's 58/54 slots taken. Is this because donators and admins can join even when the server is full or is it something else??

I believe if they directly connect via console it skips the queue. Nothing to do with donators or admins. It's a CS:GO longstanding issue.

Hey GunsAndCoffeee , so you would want to open your console (you can enable your console in a csgo setting under game settings I believe). Click the standard ` to open it, unless you changed what button to open console with. After that, type "connect [IP]". You can find the IP address of the eGO servers if you find the server in Browse Community Servers, right click the server, view more, and copy and paste the IP. Hope this helps. I use this trick all the time!
