surf server AFK mover

This was previously brought up on a thread by kyfg , so credits to him.
It was given little attention, I would like to bring this back up (in a public forum). The surf server, NEEDs and AFK timer (This would move AFK players to spectate). Beloved afk stats & other O+ admins who AFK on the surf server, make it impossible for G level admins to ban all the punks. It's a small addition, that would make a difference. Players who regular on the server, also would like to see this added.

I mean it makes sense, and we already have them for other servers so it probably should be added

+1 This should definitely be added to surf. There are many times where there are eGOS on, and you have people spamming Racial slurs and all you can do is mute and make a ban request. Contacting the O on discord/Ts is not always possible because they might not even be at the computer. If someone is spamming the hard R, why should they still be given a chance to play until 5-8 hours later when they are officially ban. I hope this gets implemented

I had previously brought this up... However, now in hindsight I'm realizing this is going to significantly affect my ability to sit there and knife/shoot Custom Stats and @Larry_Da_Lobster on Stage 1 of literally every map.
