I do occasionally invest with what little money I have. Currently up 51% on AMD Shares.
 
I did just to try it out; I don't like the premise of it so I won't be doing it anymore.
 
Of course! Scared money don't make money

Not to mention the market this past year has been all over the place given the pandemic. I'd recommend doing research before just having the mindset of FOMO into a random stock. Such as here

Even a few dollars can get you started. Doesn't have to always be big money trades
 
I have plans on it, just not right now. Funds are limited ATM in life, but when I'm doing better.

I invested in crypto a few years back around $500 and I lost over 50% I haven’t checked my progress in a few years but I know it’s not good so hopefully The crypto market explodes that would be very stonks
 
I have a few stocks I just buy and hold. I don't really plan on selling them ever, its more of a hobby and a reason to keep my eye on the market. Also, my retirement accounts are invested in index funds.

I just got a computer hardware engineering job with a proprietary trading firm, dealing mostly with options, futures, and swaps, but some stocks too. I'll be restricted from day trading to prevent insider trading ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, but that won't prevent me from buying and holding in the future.
