Hello,

I have made some changed to syntax after seeing it be played on the server.

A quick log:
-Corrected Area Portals (FPS Boost)
-Made chairs in cells more sparse so there are not 20 chairs in cell block
-Fixed the displacements by the new wing
-Fixed some off textures around the map & placed a prop actually on the ground.
-Fixed warmup time
-Fixed freeze time
