I feel that there should be a certain amount of hours on T side until you're allowed to queue up for CT. There are too many people that just don't know how to play or the game works even after reading the rules, and most new players don't even read them anyways. CT is much harder to learn and pick up when you first start and it would be really good if everyone first learned to play on the T side. There are a lot of cases where CTs just don't know how to play and don't know basic things that you would learn playing T side for a little bit of time.

There already is a system in place for this. The priority system. It allows more experienced players to get on CT faster than other players. This is a very good system as when there is experienced players on they get on CT faster then the non experienced players, and when the server is dead and there's no players wanting to CT then the newer non experienced players get to get on CT. If a new system was to be added where you need a set amount of hours to actually get on CT then when then a lot of the players would leave as they can't join CT and people are playing on T without anyone on CT which is just boring. With the inexperienced players just freekilling that's just normal, it's in the nature of jailbreak for someone to not understand a rule or just kill someone on accident. It's better for the server to stay the way it is, freekills are gonna happen regardless of what you do.

While I agree that the priority system is a pretty good system and should still stay in place, I don't think something like this would hurt. I think it could very well give inexperienced players some time to see how CT's play, but also the first thing that came to my mind is this could prevent cases of MFK.

+1

While yes the priority system prevents this, there are still many CTs that are very incompetent and break the rules very often. Freekilling shouldn't be part of the game because it was never meant to be, thats why you get CT banned when you freekill. Adding a barrier so that you have to have a certain amount of playtime first would prevent many of these unnecessary freekills and rule breaking. It would also be harder for alt accounts to go on and MFK especially since they don't have any IP banning. Also things like camping armory, playing T games, baiting, and more are all things that you can't just know off the bat and playing T would help new players understand what's right and wrong.

If a new player joins, they won't instantly join CT, they don't know the command to. Freekilling shouldn't happen, but it does happen, there's nothing you can do about it, it is going to happen no matter what you do, even people like Jacko or Rainbowskittles who've played on the server for ages freekill. If this barrier gets added then during EU times there's going to be no CT's, I know this because I've seen it multiple times where there's only 2-3 CT's and a lot of players don't have mics and don't want to CT so the new players have to play, and if they don't then its going to be 0 CT's vs 9 T's which will make everyone leave. New players have to get some time into CT to just understand it better. New players don't want to read the long af rules. If someone freekills they just get swapped and that's all there is to it, we don't need a whole barrier for it. With the alt MFKing thing it doesn't happen that often, maybe it did at one point, I remember a time when there was 3/4 rounds in a row with mfking, but that was months ago, right now there's barely any mfks really, and if there is, then there's a new round within the next minute. IP banning is a thing with the new maul, atleast it should be, but they don't use it for whatever reason, I'm still suprised they're not using 2 week CT bans, when CT bans were a thing they worked really well, even though intentional mfks happen, when there was an accidentals it was a good system.

I've been playing this server for only a few weeks now and I've seen at least 6 or 7 MFKs. There have also been a few cheaters on CT using low level accounts with very little hours if any at all. If there are only new players on CT none of them will know how to warden and might give trap commands, endanger CTs, kills more than half in each game, etc, etc. Having new players on CT and especially wardening is just a bad idea. I've been on before at really early and late hours and I've never seen the problems you're seeing. You also say you've seen only 1 MFK, while I've seen 6 or 7 in 2 weeks proving that you have very few hours. This statement shows you have very few hours and experience. You also have to think about whether it matters more when there are less players on or more players on. It almost always matters more when more players are on because it is the majority and it is better for the majority of players to have a good experience rather than the minority. It would be much more beneficial to appease the consistent 30-50 people on during main playing hours rather than making 9 people that barely play very happy. This change would be better for the health of the server in general.

I didn’t play on CT until I had 100 hours as a T on the server, and I have been swapped for free kills only 2 or 3 times out of my 80 hours on CT. Getting a basic understanding of the rules by playing T for one map is not enough, and it leads to players MFKing or freekilling, ruining the game for everyone. I think you should have at least 4-5 hours in game in order to queue for CT

I wanted to start off by saying I am extremely sorry for having SUCH low hours into this specific jailbreak server, I only started playing not so long ago, I am very new to rebeling, playing CT and just the rules. I guess 100days of nonstop playing during my spare time when I was bored out of my mined is absolutely nothing.

MFK's aren't that common as you think. 6/7 MFKs for the amount of maps that get played is very small. There really isn't that many cheaters on the server, only cheater i've really seen was hobgoblin who tried to closet and acted suprised when he got banned. New people need to try and play CT to get used to it and learn the rules through that, playing CT can make it soo much easier to learn the rules as you live longer and you just learn more because you're alive. If they do something wrong they get swapped and LEARN, then they continue playing and see other Wardens warden. Not every CT INSTANTLY get's on CT, they don't instantly know the command.

I hope you understand that eGO is still the top Jailbreak server even after ruining 90% of it because it has the most players. The way ego gets new consistent players is when someone goes into the community browser tab, types something random, and then selects by players, they see ego at the top and in the name it says jailbreak, they get intrested they join and get hooked. This is why tango doesn't always get new players, because they're dead. A lot of players who play during peak hours aren't e tag, have u noticed that.

Because there's more people during peak hours doesn't mean that eu should be completely ignored. Quite a bit of the community is from eu, not most, but still there's a really big portion of people from EU. (Proof: https://prnt.sc/uejcby ) Even during eu-na times with this change there would be barely any CT's on as a lot of the players are newer. As well as that, during eu times since there is a lower player base, its easier to admin, there's a lot of eu admins, and since there is like 15 people if you report a freekill to the admins they get swapped soo much faster. eGO promoted quite a bit of eu players because there was a time when there would be no admins on and some people would be careless. I'm preety sure luminate got promoted and he's quite active when I get to play since school and sht, although not very good since hes new, he still swaps people atleast from what ive seen.
