New Features
Dedicated Supporters now have access to !hats
You can type !mhud to open a MovementHUD configuration menu that can display keys pressed and mouse movements.

General Changes
LR will no longer be activated on the following days: FFA, NoScope, Teleport War, and Warday.
Guards can now freely drop weapons for 30 seconds into the round instead of 15 seconds.
It will now take 15 seconds instead of 5 seconds for Guard weapons to be removed from the ground.
Overall LR time has been decreased by 15 seconds.
The warden will now only be able to use the !count command after 90 seconds into the round.
You will now have 30 seconds instead of 20 seconds to spawn into the round after it has started.
Removed Bhop Freedays.
General Fixes
Wardens will no longer be able to call multiple special days at once.

ba_jb_desertstorm_v1 - Players will now correctly receive a knife after being recalled from Hunger Games.

jb_legobels_corp_v1d - Fixed issue where CT's could not correctly partake in the game.
jb_moonjail_v2_ego - Fixed issue where HE Throw game would spawn grenades when the game was not active.
jb_pleaseworkv420_ego - Fixed an issue causing infinite chicken sounds.
jb_quake_a04d - Fixed an issue where the Hard teleport would not teleport players.

Players will no longer lose karma for suiciding.
Haste Changes
There is now a 40% chance of a haste round occurring instead of a 33% chance.

ttt_caboose_v1a - Filtered entities to help improve map FPS. Will still be low.
ttt_community_bowling_csgo - Removed refrigerator that players were able to go inside of.
ttt_damons_canyon_b2_2 - Removed the hkp2000 and USP-S spawns from the map.
ttt_damons_mansion_a3 - Fully removed Traitor rooms.
ttt_dolls_csgo_ego - Removed the ability for picture frames to move. Removed the desk fan blocking sound as players could create an infinite colliding sound.
