Whenever someone is interested in edgegamers and maybe wants a =(e)= tag, you can tell them too message you on steam so you can tell whoever messaged you the joining process.

Binds somewhat like that can also get people to message you, that may not know how to get a =(e)= tag, just don't spam it.

Also as you're a Dedicated Supporter you can have special colors that make your text pop out then the others!

You should recruit players who already play much often, they will be more interested in joining and will feel much more welcome.

Asking players may get some people to join, but they don't feel as comfortable. And since you ask multiple they don't think they are being asked. Asking players directly is much better.
