[Important] Weight Loss Tips!

I haven't read all of the comments here but I did see Keto get mentioned and I want to seriously deter you from doing a Keto diet. It's not healthy. You require a certain amount of carbs depending on your body type (Ecto, Meso, Endo). I don't care what anyone here says; Keto is not a healthy way to lose weight and if you keep it up too long, there are some serious negative health affects that have been proven time and time again.

Don't do Keto!

You will need to figure out (or already know) your body type and your blood type. From there, you will need to research what foods work best for your body and blood type. You do not need to eat less but you need to make sure you're exercising and burning more calories than you are taking in. It's a lot of work. It's hard work and it's a LIFE STYLE CHANGE.

You can not focus on just a diet, you need to live the life wholefully.

Yo btw, if you really wanna cut weight fast af and your dedicated water fast. Only drink water from morning to like 9 pm and take lots of nutrient pills like vitamins and shit. My friend did it and dropped 5lbs in 1 week.

And don't do this. What works for this guy's friend will more than likely not work for you and this sounds extremely unhealthy. Do it right, especially if you're going into the military.

And from the meals you were posting, sounds like you're eating too much cheese. Cut the cheese out. Also, stop eating deli-meats. Nitrates/Nitrites are bad for you. Stay away from processed food.

But gl with your goal, you can do it

i dont have any advice besides stay safe. be careful with what you decide to do. in the end, everything is fine in moderation and thats what matters most. be mindful of everything and please stay safe.

cut back on sugar...

Actually, if you want to achieve this goal, you will need to COMPLETELY cut sugar out of your diet unless it's natural sugars found in fruits/veggies. Refined sugars that are added to anything though, don't consume them at all.

Pay attention to the ratio of Sugar(Natural):Fibre. If you have 5g of Sugar and 5g of Fibre, the fibre will actually cancel out the sugar and you're good. Stay away from fruits that have a higher sugar:fibre ratio though, as the fibre won't cancel out the sugar unless you actually take in more fibre.
