Play the War in the Pacific and the other theatres of war your way, with added control over classes, vehicles, weapons, and more.

Alongside the improved and expanded Community Games, this update adds two new Elites, over 200 cosmetic items, and some Quality of Life and bug fixes.

Community Games – Fall Update

As a quick re-cap, Community Games allows you to create your own multiplayer matches. Here’s an overview of the features available since its first release. The Fall Update expands upon this feature set with a variety of personalization options and rule mutators, giving you more granular control to make the battlefield your own sandbox:

Want to go all in on jeeps and planes? Go at it!

If you’re not that into customization, that’s OK! We’ve created six templates of the most popular modes for you to use and run with your game. Progression is also enabled for all games that are not password protected.

Until they totally rebuild that engine from the ground up, you won't see a dramatic anti-cheat update. The cheaters are so carefree that they post their developed cheats on YT without any masking or HUD disabling. Not to mention that they were developed BEFORE the game's release.

Combine that with the saltiness of some players that report legitimate, good players for cheating, and it will make for a random bad time when you hop into a server.

to little too late! No RSP in the next BF at launch=no money from me!

I feel that the incorrect management of a good portion of the servers is what killed this to be honest. Violations of the RoE and over reporting for non-violating behavior left a sour taste in the mouths of their new player base. That, and EA will get a larger RoR if they contract with a company (or host in-house) as opposed to license out their server binaries to various hosting companies. And back when they did, they had to implement measures for attack deflection when one group attacked another groups server to knock it off line.

Overall, it sucks, and I'm 100 percent not a fan, but, we should have seen this coming. Getting kicked/banned because you killed the server admin. Handguns only. No shotguns. Modded servers to allow other map pickups in the game. Someone got knifed? Let's make it a "funny" yell message that covers the screen via scripting and server tools. It got out of control. They didn't like that shit in BF2, they are not a fan of it now.

Who was it from EG that got banned on that Christian server by the anti-profanity script many many moons ago when it picked up the word "ass" in "assault"?

And I cannot be the only one that kept a running list of servers to avoid, simply because of this? When does that snowball roll large enough for one to shelve/uninstall the game? Will it potentially get large enough for a fan of the series to quit the series?

EA: "MY game, my rules"

Honestly, I'm more surprised that they are giving the player base a crack at creating servers in BF:V as opposed to no servers in BF:v and the upcoming title.
