Add them on steam
Get them to join the teamspeak

I usually just tell them join edgegamers or I ban you.

What I actually do is if anyone seems to be interested is the server and curious about people with e tags in their name, I ask them if they would like to join edgegamers. If they say yes I just tell the to dm me on steam and I tell them a step by step of joining.

Crying and begging don't work. Trust me.

You also have to get used to people saying no as well. That's something I don't see mentioned enough.
Just respect people's decision and don't be pushy about it.
