I made this pic in Gmod:

and would like to use it as my sig. I would like some text added to it in a cool looking 3d type font. I tried, but all I could figure out how to do was the basic boring fonts that come with Gimp.
Basicaly, what I'd like it to say is:
=(e)=? Gunning
Specializing in medical breakthroughs!
somewhere in the upper right hand corner.
I'd also like it to say EdgeGamers(tm) Organization and TF2 Division (or the TF2 logo) towards the bottom.
If you have time, a border of some sort or another and making it the proper size would be awesome.
