Vent problems Please help

I enter the servers details into the right fields and click connect. However the connect changes to disconnect but i dont connect to the server, nothing happens. Ive entered the right details and all my other servers work. =/

If the screen doesn't change at all, you might need to reinstall. If it just hangs, it's loading the server data. Sometimes that takes a while due to the amount of people in the server.
