Admin school is something you read regarding the rules and regulations of been given admin in the servers. After you read it you have to sign off by usually typing in your username.

Buck, that is incorrect.
Admin school is a scheduled event on a server where experienced EGO admins and advisors go over the rules of admining and what to do in certain situations.
If you are an e and get promoted to eG, you cannot recieve admin powers till you finish admin school. Anyone is welcome to join, however.

Actually Buck and Abu are BOTH right. TF2 and DoD just handle things differently.
