I will be posting a PSD for the new header shortly with some useful information inside. Currently, the tabs are NOT transparent and are contained on their own row (~5px above the tabs) in the header so they can slide under the logo for users with lower resolutions. I will look into alternative layouts of the header, however, that will allow for banners like the one above
