Delivered CSGO JB - Add new map to rotation pool

[Cheesee]

There's a new map added to jailbreak called jb_quad_v3_final and lots of players seem to like it. It's a map where you can spawn in 4 designated areas of the map and many of us extended the map because it was super fun. My suggestion: Please add the map to the jb rotation pool so we can play it again more and more.

While we currently do not have it in the nomination pool, I have been occasionally setting it as the next map so that it can be played. After hearing the feedback on it, it's a map that I do plan to add to the server in the next update.
