title. I don't think nearly everything criminal should be moving every few hours, there's no RP driving around looking between a million different spots to find a criminal NPC. Finding where they are in the first place is enough IMO. id say make it change like once a day, as I'm sure no one enjoys having to look through 8 different spots to find an npc and theres no rp involved with it.

I'd say change it once a week, let cops find the spots, use deductive thinking, plan stings. Make the criminals scope the area out before committing crime.

also remove money laundering cop calls, they dont make sense.

both of these are kind of a frick you to all criminals, even if you know all the spots youd spend prob close to an hour trying to find em all, then by the time you do half of them are at another place.

Especially when playing for many hours a day youd have to find the same npc over and over which would easily end up taking over an hour

As a cop main i agree with this

To add on to this I think fine amounts are a bit crazy compared to most payouts, whole risk/reward thing.

Please post some more opinions, I’m really interested in what others have to say about this

The payouts were determined based on fine amounts.

The point is make criminals think more creatively and plan out their crimes. The old city had a huge issue of people just "going and doing" without any plans or care about getting caught. Now you're going to care about getting caught. Now you're going to weigh the risk versus reward of what you are doing and making proper plans to get away with, let's say... a bank truck?

The fines and the payouts are fine. Be a better criminal if you're getting caught.

With a crew of 4 you’d have to run a bank truck like 40 times before breaking even on what you’d be charged with if you get caught once, seems extreme.

“be a better criminal if you’re caught” giving cops no chance isn’t fun, if I really don’t wanna get caught I won’t get caught, but it’s an rp server not gtao, main focus shouldn’t have to be forced to be winning.

Still think getting caught once as a 4 man shouldn’t throw away 40-50x of what you’d make from hitting it once

Yeah there is some validity here, if this was just about NOT getting caught, These bank trucks would be robbed and yall would be left with nothing every time. We do things to fit a certain realm of fairness/realism so as not to make it impossible for cops to catch us.

I will also be bringing this up at the GTA Leadership team, and we will review/discuss this on that level.
