Short description of the bug.
Vale allows you to spawn a brand new bike
Description of the bug.
If your bike breaks down or it's out of the garage somewhere, you can just open up vale and as long as you are at least like 5-6 blocks away from it, it will spawn a brand new version in front of you leaving the old one where it was.
What should be happening instead?
Vale shouldn't override a broken bike at the very least and if your bike is out, it should despawn your bike and bring you the new one. Currently this allows exploitation by avoiding gas and repair costs.
Describe how to replicate the bug.
Bust up your owned vehicle, walk 6 blocks, open vale, call vehicle, voila, go back to spot where vehicle was, see it still there.
