Car audio receiver

Hey all, for those of you who have upgraded your receiver, which brand did you go with? I am getting my moms older Prius, but im looking to upgrade the receiver to put in one that comes with Bluetooth because I could have gone with the option years ago, but honestly didn't think that Bluetooth would last very long (as it shows ive been proven wrong as most of us now use Bluetooth in 1 way or another). I am currently looking at both touch screen, but also just the regular small ones.
