Out of Bounds - No Scope - jb_oasis

Description of the bug.
If you launch off of a small booster in the map on a no scope day it's possible to get out of bounds.

What should be happening instead?
Not going out of bounds

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Call a noscope day
Take booster on the water slide
Go towards climb
Get out of bounds
