looking like you bought a m4a1-s

Description of the bug.
So supports get the /reskin command with I love as a command but there are some problems:
(main problem)1. reskining a m4a1-s makes the buying animation and I have been killed before for re-skining a t-gun
2. picking up a m4a1-s makes it look like you bought one
3. reskining a m4a1-s puts your name on it making suspicions

What should be happening instead?
1. maybe change the buying t-guns rules a bit different or make it so if someone is holding a m4a1-s and they reskin it its not kos if they had one in there hand before

3. what if when you reskin a m4a1-s the gun name could be:

=(eGO)= Darkwave's M4A1-S (Reskined)

or something like that

1. reskining a t-gun
2. picking up a t-gun
3. picking up a t's m4a1-s

If you pick up a T gun and decide to reskin it in front of people, it's (imo) a you-problem.
Reskinning is a choice you make, and you can do it when you're alone somewhere instead of doing it in the open.

It would be too much of a workload for something that makes a very little difference in game.
