is saying "im gonna say the n word" baiting racism, because i thought that you have to say a portion of a racial slur for it to be considered "baiting racism" and not just saying the intention of it. According to meriam-webster, its the action of trying to make someone angry with criticism or insults, i wasnt insulting anyone and clearly not criticizing anyone when I said that. Just wanted to clear up

Short answer - yes its baiting racism. This is something you should have asked in admin chat, then and there.

i wasnt insulting anyone and clearly not criticizing anyone when I said that. Just wanted to clear up

The thing is, by stating you were going to say the word (which is not allowed on eGO servers), you showed intent of trying to insult and criticize someone (to paraphrase you), and if an admin didn't react to what you said you would have said it, thereby insulting someone.
