Follow the sticky in the 'Access Requests' section of the forums. You can also click on 'My Usergroups (Forum Access)' on the left hand side of the screen and join the groups that you should be a part of.

Once you have access the proper forums should appear under the private forums category of the division.

You have access to the forums. Click on the Day of Defeat Division and you will see the private forums.
