Seems like there would be a thread with rules pinned to the top of the appropriate server forum that would have the new rules highlighted in red. Maybe it would look something like this.

Which is good to use as reference later on when the rule has been properly implemented.
But sometimes rules change and they change drastically, and I do agree that we should make a post when we do change something. Benefits the admins trying to admin the servers and the players not needing to get admined before they realise a rule change has been made.

ok I changed the rules to everyone can rdm in the ttt server at all times free of punishment and if you get banned for it, you can appeal it and it’ll instantly let you connect again

Usually with big changes they'll make a post about it. Smaller tweaks they usually don't but the thread with the changes becomes like the other unread threads with bold lettering. With the amount of shitposting happening now, threads quickly go to the second page.

That's actually how I'm going about updating the TTT rules and I believe Spare is going over the JB rules in a similar manner. We'll keep you posted as there is a lot of discussion to be had with CS Leadership
