Counter-Strike Not Planned [CS JB] Hide RTVs

There is no point in showing when someone RTV's, or even showing how many players are needed to RTV. I think it would be best (both to avoid "ROCKTHEVOTE", and to simply be cleaner) to hide rtv's on Jailbreak.

This doesn't seem to hurt anyone, but there are A LOT of loopholes.
'ROCKTHEVOT E' --> "woops i accidentally misclicked my spacebar...."

Although, if it's not too hard of a task I don't see why not, since influencing RTV isn't allowed anyway.

I can think of two; Quality of Life (Less stuff in chat, making the chat more pleasurable to look at.) and improving the quality of rounds, as this addresses taking focus away from the round at play than now all of a sudden people are talking about RTV, not influencing it, but talking about it when the round should take more of precedence.

My two cents, this would be nice, especially if it is a user settings toggle. To me, there isn't a reason why this shouldn't be added for the users that might like this, especially if it is user-toggleable.

Personally the chat in Jailbreak has no use other than dead talk. or team chat. Even then RTV's don't come up to often when I'm on.

I initially was on board with this change, but after further thought and discussing with CS LE, we decided not to pursue it at this time.

I feel like adding this change would actually encourage players to incluence rtv by finding loopholes, like sopheyy mentioned.

Allowing individual players from toggling the rtv count isn't completely off the table. I will further discuss that with CS LE. Thanks for the suggestions!
