All luck games should be considered the same game. You shouldn’t be able to play couch game, then roulette, then one marker lives. The first game is fine, but Ts should be allowed to vote on the later luck games.

While I agree it would make rounds more fun / interesting, I think it would delay the game significantly. Usually, wardens don’t play back to back luck games and if they do, it’s usually a one time thing or a need to kill off a lot of T’s due to time issues.
This would make it particularly hard for wardens. If a CT gets knifed, at what point is it considered baiting? It's a risk for the CT team, they have a gun, and are likely to use it, it's best to kill the rebeller as soon as possible. By restricting their ability to do so when a CT is 'baiting', do they have to wait for them to start shooting? At that point it'd be too late, not to mention that a T could scream that a certain CT was baiting and unless warden saw that they weren't, they'd have no choice but to assume the CT was to avoid the risk of getting ctbanned. I'd say that the current system works fine, if you knife a baiting CT, it's rebelling. Most wardens (as mentioned by others) pardon if a T kills a CT, and they have a fair enough judgement of the situation to do that. Is the warden in a safe spot, are they going to start blasting, and other situational factors that can be used to determine the risk. If a CT baits, report it to admins. At most it costs the CTs a round, not ideal but it's also not the end of the world.
I'm assuming you mean game time not real time, since it's currently real time (in that it counts down in real life time, even if you're not on the server), if so, also yes. I agree that technically on the server or not they still get removed for that amount of time. But IMO, by having them be on the server and play (rather than just go do other stuff), it may potentially reduce the chances of them repeat offending.
Primary Secondary Melee, One Marker Lives, Roulette, and any other luck based game should not only ONLY be played with less than 10 people alive, but not the 2nd game into the round. There’s so many other map games to play.
I mean it's unlikely that they'd get down to 10 that quickly during active times after first game, although perhaps changing it to 25% of the total players would be a better idea (that would mean more math for warden though, so /shrug)
This is...well a complicated thing, both in terms of tech and in practice that raises a ton of questions. How would consistent be defined? Would it be automatic or handled by regular admins on JB who know who gets constantly banned? Should their priority be lowered permanently? How should second chances be given? I do agree that repeat offenders should receive longer bans, and that there should be a quick way to check how often a user receives CT bans (even just a simple total lifetime [as well as how long they've played to put it in proportion], or a rate of how many per week, or per session) to facilitate this.
This is a good point, they did buff CTs in HnS as well as de-buff Ts in terms of health, even so in the current state it's not particularly fun for CTs and will almost always result in a loss unless there's a minimal amount of people on. My opinion would be that Ts shouldn't have access to guns but should still have a knife. If they can get so good at hiding that they can knife a CT somehow, good for them.
Everything in this post is my own opinion, as a occasional JB player, not an admin. It's also just that, an opinion, people are going to have different ones and that's fine. I respect that you do, and hope that you choose to do so as well.
im trynna be like not mean or rude or anything at all just trynna stay objective
this post is for fun, there are issues with suggestions, yeh, but its kinda demeaning when someone spends a good 15 mins debunking peoples thoughts, sorry if this sounds rude

I don’t think anyone is trying to be demeaning. This post is 100% for fun as I stated, as I have 0 authority to change any rules myself. But it’s also good to have discussion and peoples opinions on others opinions. Santa broke down a good chunk of the posts and explained why some suggestions are plausible or not. I don’t think anyone’s intentions were to be disrespectful including myself.
Just people airing their thoughts on some peoples suggestions.
Its already banned to camp hi dive, at the very top there's a molly you can pick up, as stated in the rules, weapons that can be picked up are secrets, so any ct at the top of high dive on clouds is camping secrets

the molly requires an altrernate path inorder for it to be picked up, therefore any cts on top of high dive are not camping it. (this doesnt apply to the map jb_kwesji because the path to the secret requires you to be on that level.
This may be controversial, but I used to play on sG before coming to eGO, and I find the rules around "custom games" quite limiting. Wardens should be allowed to add rules to games to make them more interesting/challenging (i.e backwards climb, race, surf), and also custom games in general like 1v100, Joke Day, T-CT interaction games without having a T vote. Having to ask and make a two marker voting system to allow custom games like that ruins the flow of the round, and if not everybody is on board, then it gets shot down? Not a fan. Warden's should be allowed the freedom to create games up on the fly and modify map games with their own rules. I think that it should include favoritism as well. With the current extremely rigid rules around how games can be played, the way they can be played, the frequency they can be played, the Warden's limited creative power leads to stale rounds that promote a toxic environment. The best round is when the warden breaks the normal of deathcrate, race, climb, trivia/frlr, lr, and the "normal" is broken when the game rules are at the very least pushed if not broken. Good wardens can thrive in custom days where they are free to build the rules to their day, but those days don't happen that often because of just how restrictive the current rules are. I understand they are there to make the rounds "more fair" to all players, but it takes the personality out of JB,and instead of being creative, it forces the CTs to be creative by being varying levels of toxic. I think the current rules around custom games are limiting and detrimental to the long term play experience.
Also, a rule that I never was a fan of is persuing vents based on sound alone. Vent persuing should ONLY happen if a CT sees a T go into a vent. CT vent persuing based on sound is a garbage rule that stifles rebelling to an ungodly level.
