Ct's are terrible (most of them) 90% of them freeshoot, don't have a mic or are just plain stupid also the admins only care when it happens to them. Make a better report system where if you report a ct they automatically are switched but the ct can fight against it and if they do than a admin can step in.

ez false report, no proof from both side the CT cannot prove unless a requirement for CT is to record the game at all times, which is you know, not only that, the system would need the admin to be in game, and as you said, " the admins only care when it happens to them" would be the same

Try to record every time you’re on JB so when something happens you can clip it and upload to streamable or medal.tv or something and send it to the admins. We can’t always catch everything and it’s much easier to admin when evidence is provided.

First off, banning before and handling it after is a HORRIBLE system. As others have stated, the number of butthurt Ts that would instantly abuse it is crazy.
Secondly, it may seem like we're not doing anything about it but the truth is that we're humans with limited resources. It's not like each admin has 20 monitors displaying the POVs of all Ts and CTs (even if we did, no one would have the ability to monitor them all at once well). We can only handle things if we know about them, that's why reports exist, so you can tell us what happened and we can look into it. Sometimes a report can get lost in chat as well or buried in a mountain of reports that we have to sift through. Handling each report takes time, as if we didn't see it we need to get both sides of the story then work it out. It could end in a he-said she-said, and without proof it's not easy to determine who's right (which is why you should always record w/ Shadowplay, Medal, OBS, or what not if you're able to).
You also say that we only care when it happens to us, and this correlates well with my previous point. When it happens to us, we almost always know exactly what happened and can determine if it was against the rules or not because we witnessed it. If we witnessed it, we can bypass the whole he-said she-said interrogation (most of the time).
In the end, we're humans that're doing our best to keep things on track. Things will fall through gaps, sometimes we're in impossible situations where we could go either side, sometimes it takes a while because we have to message them, work it out, give them ample time to respond, etc. The current report system works fine IMO, it's not flawless but it works better than the other options.

Here's a couple things you can do to make things easier on yourself and us if something does happen to you:
- Report it: This is the first and foremost thing, we're not all knowing and can only work with the information we have. Don't assume we miraculously saw what happened to you and will deal with it, always report it to admin chat by typing
@then your message in chat (don't forget to provide details!)
- Record it: I get it, not everyone's computers can run recording software, but if you can it makes things SO much easier. Have a program like Shadowplay or Medal. These programs can record in the background while you're playing and when needed, save the last X minutes of your game (5 or 10 works well for JB). Then upload and provide the clip in your report, or clip it and only upload when asked if you have one (saves you time)
- Don't spam FK in chat: You're angry, fair enough but please just make a report and move on with the game. We'll have to use extra time kindly asking you to not spam chat that could be used investigating (see point 1). Don't go "I'm reporting you" either, they could leave in this time, come up with some excuse, decide to ignore us, or whatever else. You can politely point out that it could be a FK and ask them to swap, but only do so calmly and don't argue if they say they didn't. Similarly, once your situation has been dealt with by an admin, move on even if it's not the result you were wishing for.
- Look out for admin chat: We may come back to ask you follow up questions or get a more detailed story if the other person says something different, if you don't respond, we're going to have to move on.
- Stay calm, and be patient: As I've mentioned above, handling a FK takes time. Don't spam admin chat or go "why hasn't he been swapped yet" every 5 seconds, it only takes time away from handling your case. Report it, wait a round or two and if we still haven't responded at all, kindly ask again. If we still don't respond, you can always report a player on the forums (don't do this for things like FK though, only for larger offences) or ask us one last time.
