Award threads for requests can be centralized by making a form.

Let's make a dropdown by category of game or subject. And let's have one format.

Most importantly, we should not have several different places for requests, and this addresses that issue.

I feel each game should watch their players, and add awards as they see fit, however LE are people too and we might miss things, I do feel maybe a +1 is indeed fit here.

i can see all the awards that is there not like a page for a thread to request on, if it was intended that way is it through contact leadership

Is there any way for it to see what awards you have and to not show the button for those that you already have?
Edit: I was wrong, it does that, I misread my award list.
