Delivered Cold campus pistol

Remove the p250 from the cell on cold campus or move it to behind the cells or something, it makes the map nearly unplayable or forces the CTs to be toxic and slow with the rounds.
Coldcampus is a good map but the pistol makes it nearly unplayable.

I don't think it should be removed entirely. It adds an element of danger that a lot of maps are losing in favor or more minigames. 30% spawn rate possibly?

I don't think outright removing it is best considering there isn't a vent cell. I do think it can be a bit OP on a packed server. Either reduce spawn rate or reduce the amount of extra mags one gets.
