Not Planned Add Hard BHOP Server.

Probably a simple suggestion, remove t4 in EASY BHOP and add them to HARD BHOP that has t4-t6 (I think t7 exists, I don't know) I have some maps that I can give if you do try to add it.

For now we will be keeping Tier 4 until we get an advanced bhop "not yet in the works but is being discussed for the future"
