You may/already have been starting to wonder how to I use the new abilities I posses to the fullest to help better my gaming community?It is a question many newbies have after getting such a responsibility. That is why it is important to better understand proper etiquette while on the job. Whether it is dealing with delinquents or trying to suck up to "EGOs" to be part of the next set of promotions. There is a piece of advice for any situation that may and will arise. While this guidebook will not be able to cover them all it will give you a foundation to start your EdgeGamers Career!
"Bad Warden Admin, Bad Day, Read The Rules Before You Play!"

Lets imagine Timmy has just been promoted to eG. He feels like he is on the top of the world! Timmy has only been playing for a few months but has been very active in the community. He used to play on a different jb server and is accustomed the the rules of his old server. Lets see what Timmy does in handling a possible trap command scenario
Start Scene
Warden Nifty has issued a command to all T's to afk freeze in a red marker.
Next Nifty makes a green marker and says "if you have a bomb or gun goto green marker and afk freeze"
A player from the terrorist team chose to waltz on into the green marker and afk freezes
Warden Nifty asks the player to show him what they have
The Terrorist player shows a bomb
Warden Nifty tells the player to toss the bomb and go back the green marker and the Terrorist player complies in doing so
Warden Nifty then commands the Terrorist to head back to stack
End Scene
What the Warden just did was trick the player with the bomb into giving away the bomb without a reward. The Terrorist player expected a form of ST (Special Treatment) such as a freeday. When the Terrorist player realized this he complained in admin chat that the warden was unfair and tricked them.
Timmy has not played on the EdgeGamers Jailbreak server very long and decides the resolution to this conflict is to give Warden Nifty a 15 minute CT ban as punishment. This is an incorrect handling of the situation and may lead to further issues for all parties involved.
When a player is falsely punished it can create a tension between the accused player and admins. Make sure when you punish a player to always be diligent as an incorrect action can make a bad situation worse!
