I am in resource heaven. Just upgraded one of my warehouses to level 17, and i can say i can now safely build up enough resources to last me months. I am buying marble to level another one. I am going to fill up two of these to 100k levels and hold them there. I think in a few months i can build a sixth city, if i level all my mansions and palace.

Also, can anyone send some marble my way? I cant buy any for less then 99 per unit within 7 units of all my cities. Im trying to level up my palaces for a new city so I need a lot

Upgrade your trading place, maybe you find it cheaper farther. I am short on it now, i have been building like a maniac.

I've got all mine at 17 as well, it's nice. Once I get all my cities to 24 (my capital is there already, and all my others are 23) then I'll probably take the Warehouses to 18

only problem is that to upgrade my trading post, which is level 16, it takes more then the cost of my palace upgrade

Haven't researched enough to join the alliance yet. If anyone could throw ~300 crystal my way, I'd appreciate it I have marble on my island, so that's not a problem. I'm slowly upgrading all my stuff.

In about an hour all 5 of my cities will be lvl 24, I upgraded the Capital a few weeks ago, and just got around to the others yesterday. Took them all from 23 to 24 at the same time...

On a side note, a guy sent 1200 troops against me from the same island, rolled my defenses, bashed me 39 times over 18 hours getting about 3 million gold, and then deleted his account before I could have him banned. What sucks is that the game mods can't/won't refund your lost gold/resources from violations like that.

Have you guys heard about version 3.0 coming out within a week or so? They are changing a ton of things completely. Luxury resources are now 1:1 harvesting like wood, pillaging depends on how many trade bouts you have, and you no longer get gold for pillaging. Also, a ton of new buildings.

When you collect special resources such as marble or wine, the amount is significantly lower then wood, about 1/2 as much. Now, you will collect as much of the special resources as wood for the same level, i.e. a level 21 forrest will get you 450 wood per hour with max workers, a mine will do the same instead of giving only 200

It's going to take some getting used to that's for sure. I lost about 500k wood because of the drop in capacity of my lvl 18 Warehouses

My score jumped from 200k up to 375k


I like how much the ships went down in price, carry more, and are quicker.


Also, the higher resource gathering and lower building requirements are good

I don't understand why they doubled the wine production just to also double the consumption rate in the Tavern. My score jumped up to like 450k or something, and my military score tanked, but then so did everyone elses.

I didn't realize ships went down in price, maybe I can buy more than 75 now, though not having to think in multiples of 300 is going to take some getting used to.
