HELLO MY FELLOW CSGO SURF PLAYERS.

Do you think summer surf is an overplayed map?
Do you also think it gets too much attention and its not a good map?
Do you not care about the previous 2 things I mentioned and only care about the title?

Here is my idea:

delete summer surf server
add combat surf server

IM TELLING YOU MAN, I LOVE COMBAT SURF

Now of course this will take some time to create (maybe?) but I think its a good idea.

Lets be real surf summers been out for an year or two now, its like the managers put it up for 1 summer event and forgot about it, meanwhile a high-pop combat surf server would be insane, imagine how many ppl would be on there at a given time.

I use to play Combat Surf quite a bit back in 2016/2017, loved the game mode a lot and spent quite a bit of time playing it.

The thing with Combat Surf is the player base isn't as big as it once was few years back, I've seen maybe 3-4 servers over the past couple months that consistently hold somewhat of an active player base, and even then they have a lot of bad days player count wise. If we were to create a combat surf server with top of the line features, plugins, maps, etc. I still highly doubt the server would gain or keep an active player base.

As much as I'd love to re experience the glory days, the game mode is simply a dying one.

I would love to see a eGO combat surf but I also don't wanna see the summer server go away. I still play on it and I know a lot of people still use the server to be able to learn surf. I just recently taught a buddy of mine to surf on the summer server. I feel it's a good place for beginners to really learn how to surf because they don't have to worry about the constant map changes that makes it hard to try to learn the beginning of a bunch of maps. I would love to see a combat server though as I also used to play on them years ago.

It on the up and up again. There have been some pretty sizeable tournaments the past couple months that have been drawing attention to the gamemode again. There is also a mapping competition currently to try and get some new maps to play on.

I haven’t been on a combat surf server in years. I’d love to see it on Edgegamers and I think it would be fairly popular.
