I recently wanted to try and apply for admin for ego but don't see it anywhere pinned. Help is greatly apricated

That is part of the template you would use when if you were to recommend another member who you think is deserving of a promotion. That question in particular is simply asking what rank the member should be promoted to, so if they're an e the next step would be eG, then eG to eGO.

As it says on that page, that's the template you would use to recommend others for a promotion to the next rank. You would submit that in a post via the Contact Leadership forum.

An example of using the template for someone who is currently an e is as as follows:

In-Game Name: John
Rank (to promote to): eG
Game: CS
Reason: They are active and help new players. They are ready to become an admin.

Keep in mind this isn't for you to recommend yourself or "apply" for admin. eGO promotes members over time based on several factors, such as how active you are on the servers/discord/forums and the level of maturity you show.

That has nothing to do with the page you were looking at and found that template on. What you've seen is someone's customized signature. That person simply has a list of the ranks they've held and teams they've joined in the community, and the dates they did so.

Your next rank after an =(e)= would be =(eG)= whenever leadership deems you fit for a promotion. Stick around on he servers, join the community on Discord, and show you deserve the promotion. It'll come in no time. Just be patient

Any rank above =(e)= is an admin. You can see the page on our structure to learn more about this. As Lucas15 has already said however, you cannot apply to be an admin.
We select admins based off of their conduct and activity on our servers, maturity, and various other factors (this, along with more information is covered in our page on Getting Promoted). There is no way to expedite a potential promotion. Simply remain an active and productive member, and it may happen one day.
