Reminiscing on old days... [OP:X / GMOD]

Hi eGO!

It's been a long time! Nearly six years, sheesh. I was scrolling through my password manager and you guys popped up. Looking through my old posts here brought up a lot of memories of all the fun times I had here on the old GMOD server, all the friends I made, and the community you guys welcomed and shared with me. When I first joined the eGO GMOD server, I had maybe 5 hours logged in the game -- a total noob just looking for a fun TTT server to mess around on. I had no expectation of the impact and kinship I'd experience in the following two years and over 700 hours of quality playtime I'd drop on this server.

I want to give a big thank you to @Michael Bolton, @ikillyou, @Drew, @UnKnown, @Omega, @Foxy and the people who keep Edge Gamers going for all the awesome work you guys do here. It was a big part of my teenage years and I'm very grateful for all the fantastic experiences Miss all you guys!

Here's to many more years of the Edge Gamers community!

Glad to see you're still alive and kicking it! I definitely miss Michael, ikillyou, and Drew. They were some great people to hang out with before Gmod was even a thing here. Unfortunately I doubt they'll bring back anything for Gmod, but S&box might definitely see some servers from us when it finally releases.
