I have been gaming on a laptop for almost a year now and I don't know why you would ever use a pc unless you are a nerd, I'm never going back. change my mind ◉‿◉.

Had a laptop when I was younger and I played Runescape, Wizard101, and CS 1.6 on it. But since 2010 I've had a desktop and it's the one true way.

My first introduction to gaming was on my brothers old gaming laptop which I played for, for about 2 years. Ever since, gaming with pc just didn't feel right.

used to have one but it broke so i bought a pc lol i was tired of how i cant play some games on the graphics i wanted them on

I've never used a laptop i think id absolutely have a seizure trying to figure out how to play

With a laptop do you connect to a larger monitor?
And I'm guessing you connect a mouse for sure, but what about a keyboard? Laptop keyboards are usually not that great

I use a nice mechanical keyboard and a 32" 4K 240hz monitor

I have both, the laptop charger is a bit bulky tbh lol I did order a slimmer one. The steam deck i kinda have too and i put windows on it so i guess it doubles as a laptop? lol

Laptops breaks, throw it away. Desktop breaks, replace parts. Yeah Desktop all the way.

My brother and I had laptops when we first joined eGO! Man, those were the days. We'd chug along with 10 FPS loading into the TF2 servers, lol. Ah, the glory days. We didn't even have mice, we would play CS:S with the built-in touchpads. I'm getting the cold sweats just thinking about it, lmao.

I don't know if I could game on a laptop, even if it were up to snuff as far as specs go. I only have a desktop these days, but have recently acquired a Steam Deck, which in my opinion takes the mobility of a laptop even further! :D

Similarly, my brother and I at one point in life had a lovely Toshiba laptop that only had the "red nub" on the keyboard, no trackpad at all, and play a significant amount of Runescape that way.

I mostly use my laptop for business, but I do play a few games that have to support Linux as I run Manjoro. I thought about dual booting so I can put Windows on it, but I don't use it enough for games to justify that. I also hate how much disc storage Windows has to have just to run. I dreamed that someday Linux and windows Would be supported for all games.

Again that's just a dream. I think I have a better chance of getting anthrax before Windows and Linux getting along.

When you lose against me at any server just know, I play on a laptop, on my lap, on my bed, with my mouse on a book.

I play exclusively on laptop. I had a desktop for around 6 years with a 1060 in it, and upgraded to a laptop with a 3060. Keyboard is pretty decent on it, and I use a SteelSeries Aerox 3 wireless. Take it with me wherever I want, play whatever I want.

Don't feel like being at my desk? Play from the couch or bed. Got work to do? Grab the laptop.
