A question about sprays

i have a picture i want to be my spray

how do i make it my spray??

Go to a paint tool, resize it to 256 by 256, then download a program called vtf edit, go in, take the resized picture, and convert it using vtf edit, the start up TF2, or any other steam multiplayer game by Valve, and upload it from wherever you saved it by clicking options, going to the "Multiplayer" tab, and clicking "import spray". Hope this helped.
