TTT FFA Rounds would have a random chance of occurring and would simply allow players to go ham and get their RDM out of their system. Logistically it would likely work the same as a haste round, with the announcement beginning the moment the round has started.

-1 Any fresh new player who joins the server will automatically think it’s a FFA every round. Also, it just doesn’t fit eGO guidelines imo by promoting toxic behavior.

I think whnheaven whnheaven makes a good point but I still see some value in this idea, why not expand on it further by making a rtv type command for players to use to vote for next round to be special, then randomize whatever it'll be (FFA, bobbleheads, 200% speed etc)

that is basically the RTD (roll the dice)

rtd is per player, doesnt apply to everyone for the entire round - im thinking like 'rock the round' where the next round is something custom like special days in JB

Joke: Wdym??? i just kill everyone on all rounds

i think whnheaven whnheaven makes a bad point, FFA rounds will obviously be announced properly that it is a "Free for all ROUND" while reminding that it is a special round and players should read the rules (which we all know most of them wont do).

now i am not really that big of a fan of the idea, but i think it might be something interesting to try on and see the output of the community. +1

-1 I disagree becuase it’s adds a random special round that has no relevance to TTT. A dead FFA would be a better idea as it leaves some to do for people to do when rounds get dragged on

I agree with both statements provided here. I think having these rounds would encourage to much RDM in game and new people would mistake what is expected. however a dead ffa would be a great idea.

we have jailbreak special days that are free for all, it can work the same way here

also we cant do ghost dm like gmod does, that's going to break so much shit

I can't tell if this is a joke suggestion or not, but if it isn't, there's way too many reasons not to do this. There's confusion among new players, the deviation away from the gamemode that people are actually there for (they can just join a DM server if they want that), the absolute nightmare that will be dealing with reports after that ("oh it was a FFA round"), and overall just an unenjoyable experience for those on the server (there's more reasons that I won't bother typing out on my phone) – if people want DM, they should join a DM server. TTT is, by its very design, not DM. It'd be comparable to saying that 1 day every X time, everyone on GTA can just spray anyone they see down without RP, it just blatantly goes against the very core of the gamemode. We should stop trying to cram gamemodes that have zero relation to the actual server in as "special rounds".

Huge -1 from me. Unless there is an extremely overwhelming amount of support for this suggestion (including from regulars on TTT), I do not believe this should be implemented.

-1 This would be terrible to add to the server as someone who is new joins the server may assume if they aren't familiar with how the server operates that, that's how you play TTT. Overall would be bad for the server.

divine is pretty smart i heard

-1 it’ll be pure chaos and they won’t know when it’ll end

Marking as Not Planned for now. It appears that many are not a fan of this idea, and I can certainly see why. This suggestion can be revisited if there is good reason to, and the benefits clearly outweigh the negatives.
