CS TTT Remove Chess & Tea

This is what I get to say, I hate Chess & Tea, not a lot of room to explore, its old AF, hasnt been updated in years since the merge. I vote that we remove it completely.

I play the server quite a bit, and Chess&Tea seems to RARELY ever get played. But I see no reason to get rid of it, it's not as good a map as most of our available maps, but it's not so bad that it should be removed.
