The pre-source Jagd comes to mind. That map made the brits a fun group.
one custom map that played the Jurassic park theme every time someone won, i don't remember the name.
Colmar, i think. It was a much larger version of Kalt, either way.

the old bombing maps pre-source. I miss those >.> can't remember the names

TF2- cp_well, tc_hydro, pl_mining (hope they fix the map). I still see plenty of gravelpit servers around. There are much less of the first two. I'm not a huge fan of granary, so there.
