Not a bug [JB] Mute knife sound from other ts.

We had this in csgo jb, when in a stack the ts knife eachother and it gets quite loud with larger crowds.
If i remember correctly thorgot created this for csgo a while back?

This issue is well known. At this time, there is no known way of disabling this sound. If a workaround is found, it will be added immediately.
