Scrim/Events and times/timezones

Im a new member and i am trying to attend as many of the events possible, but i am finding it a bit hard to for two reasons:

Bad times. Although during the weekends it is fine (if i am at home), there is like no way i can join the scrims because of school... Can there be scrims at other times so more people can join them? What about like scrims for specific countrys. Although it would be hard to enforce (and possibly get the numbers for), it would be a good idea worth looking into.

Also, can there be other timezones listed on the event info page? I am horrible at converting to and from time zones so i often get the wrong time.
EDIT: Found a site to do that for me, but it still would be nice if they were there

Djsatan is our scrim captain. He tries to make scrims at different times but there must always be someone around to run the scrim. (How else would they lock the server?) It really depends on the availability of the those who have rcon to run scrims.

if you're running windows, just double-click the clock on your task bar, and you can figure out the time zone differences that way. it's probably a lot quicker than using a website to make a conversion.

The scrims and events are planned so as to accommodate the greatest number of people.

I can see where lafinass is coming from because theyre about midnight here usually so for ppl with access to TF2 at around midnight can get to these whereas i cant beacause I dont have access. I cant get to them but hey you guys want to get the most players so its better for the scrims/events if they are at the times they are.
it would be nice for every so often to get one that i ccan get to.

It's not just so the most players can play, it's also the times that will consistently fill events. Half full servers make for sad events. We've tried lots of times and the ones we use now seem to make the most people happy, but we can't please everyone.

I haven't made a weekday event in months myself.
