Can we please turn off the HLstatsX messages?

I used to play almost exclusively on the 2Fort server, but having now moved on to others, I notice that these HLstatsX message really clutter the chat box. At least for me, it is very difficult to keep track of what is being said, so I miss admin messages and inappropriate things which should have been dealt with.

Any chance we could have these turned off? I'm not asking for HLstatsX to be removed, just for the messages in chat to be turned off.

I believe there are a couple commands you can put in to disable the messages for yourself. Next time you join a game, type help in all chat. It should bring up a screen with the commands.

I was told I could disable them by typing hlx, then selecting 7, then 4. This didn't work when I tried it on Warpath or Toy Fort.

Setting it up so people had to choose to see them would be ideal in my opinion, since I have some concern that those we send admin messages to don't notice them with so many green HLstatsX messages flying around.

or admin messages in like orange or something other than green. The admin messages blend in with hlx.

i like seeing them and all better track of stats in my opinion, its just the color. Im color blind and i already have a hard enough time distinguishing between admin and regular chat at times. But i know i missed a couple lines of admin chat the other night due to it.

Not only are we missing chat messages, including ones that need admin attention, but private messages sent to players get lost in the mix too.

Personally I scroll back through things when I'm dead to make sure I haven't missed anything. Stats or not clouding things, I can't catch it all when I'm setting people on fire.

I thought they were in white? Every time I see any assorted admin messages they're in green, and when I see HLstats information it shows up in white.
