Ever been in an Earthquake?

I was in big one in new port beach California it was 8.9 and couple 4 & 3 I lived there for 12 years be for I moved to FL now we have hurricanes.

We don't get many in Missouri, but this year we had a bunch of little ones.

I was in the big one when I was living in california back in the 90's. It toppled a 4 lane highway completely - which made my family have to find a detour up to where I live now, Oregon.

I slept right through it.

I live in illinois. It wouldnt seem that we would have them biut on occasion the ground shakes a bit from the New Madrid fault about 200 miles south of saint louis mo

Well I live in southern California so I feel them quite often enough but I've been lucky enough to have never experienced a major one...yet...

Well, I live in San Diego and we never have big earthquakes, but we pretty often have little earthquakes that make distinct rumbling sounds and make you jump. Nothing major though.

Yea when I was a kid I lived in southern california too. I was in a 7+ earthquake. Funny thing is, I was sleeping through it until my family had to forcefully wake me up. When I woke up I was so startled that I thought a monster was under my bed shaking it back and forth and I just stood up and kinda did a surfing motion to maintain my balance. Then we went outside and rode out the earthquake. I will never forget it though.

I was sitting in Singapore Airport when the earthquake happened that caused the tusnami.
