spray problem

i read all the spray help forums but for some reason after i converted my file to vtf AND a copy of it as tga when i spray it its a small little black square...someone help! lol

U could always try making it a jpeg or a bitmap and use those formats. I ended up using a bitmap to make it work

yeah just open it up in photoshop ansd put save as jpeg

Is your sig, by chance, a small black square? I thought not

To get mine working I moved it to the following file;
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\b1ack_cat\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos

Othwise try changing the file.
