Palermo server needs players!

For august 1st 2008. Also the palermo server isnt on server listing for DOD.

From the top toolbar you can click on DOD: Source and go to Server Rankings / Stats and land on the following page:

Truthfully, I'm not feeling Palmero. I think it's just too small. It feels like more of a deathmatch than Avalanche. It feels like someone took the beach of Anzio and dropped it on top of Avalanche, and then trimmed away the nice parts. Kalt, Donner, Strand - they all look and feel different. Palmero feels like it was thrown together with existing prefabs overnight, rather than an entirely new map experience.

i agree brewmaster, but i like it. it always seem to have enough people when i play.

I've only played there a few times and there was 10+ people on a team. I didn't like the feel of the map much. Hard to put my finger on what I didn't like exactly. Everyone just running around on their own didn't help though, and like 73 said it felt like a deathmatch. I'll give it another try though, right now

palermo is alright it's a fun and good map, so give it a try i like to rambo there (on-deployed mg )

A full game of Palermo is too easy to fight in, compared to the Donnor.

Its really small, not a lot of thought has been done to make it. Only three ways to the enemy side, and those are major routes. "Palermo is a more like a Deathmatch?", more or less.
